^Lot 243 Lladro, Pals Forever #7686

A glazed porcelain figurine from Lladro titled "Pals Forever" (model #7686), depicting a charming pair of clowns in a gentle embrace. The male clown is dressed in oversized blue overalls with a single red suspender, a light grey t-shirt, and a small straw hat, featuring classic white clown makeup with red accents. The female clown wears a long dusty rose coat adorned with a yellow flower on the lapel. The pair is accompanied by two small white puppies; one is cradled by the female clown while the other peeks out from the male's pocket. This piece was issued as an exclusive for the Lladro Collectors Society. The underside of the base bears the blue Lladro Society backstamp with the bell logo, dated 2000, and the text "HANDMADE IN SPAIN / © DAISA 1999." The model number 7686 is incised into the porcelain along with various factory decorator marks. Height: 8.75 inches.
