Lot 80 US Peace Silver Dollar
US Peace silver dollar. Metal composition: 90 percent silver, 10 percent copper. This coin features the standard Peace dollar obverse and reverse designs. Obverse inscriptions include partial characters for the word Liberty. The reverse features inscriptions for United States of America, E Pluribus Unum, and the One Dollar denomination. Both the date and any potential mint mark are not discernible. The Peace dollar series was produced between 1921 and 1935 to commemorate the restoration of peace following World War I.
