This 1923 US Peace silver dollar is a struck 90% silver coin produced at the Philadelphia Mint. The obverse features the standard Peace dollar design type, dated 1923. The reverse features the standard Peace dollar design type and lacks a mint mark. The coin is composed of 90% silver and 10% copper. Both the obverse and reverse surfaces are obscured by a heavy, greyish-white layer of environmental oxidation and accumulated residue.
