Lot 30 1926-D US One Dollar Peace Silver Dollar, Circulated
This US Peace silver dollar was struck at the Denver Mint in 1926. The coin features the Liberty Head design on the obverse and the Peace Eagle design on the reverse. The D mint mark is located on the reverse below the word ONE near the eagle's tail feathers. It is composed of 0.900 fine silver with a reeded edge. This series was issued to commemorate the restoration of peace following World War I. Weight 26.73g; 38.1mm diameter.
