Important Notice for Bidders:

1. Please note that this is a residential property. No removal equipment (such as forklifts, dollies, or tools) will be provided. Bidders are solely responsible for bringing the necessary labor, packing supplies, and moving equipment to safely remove and transport their purchases from both the house and the containers.

2. The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel bids on, withdraw, or postpone the sale of any vehicle or motorized item at any time due to pending title, registration, or ownership documentation.

3. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the item description, all vehicles and motorized equipment are sold untested. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the scheduled preview to inspect these items in person prior to placing any bids.
