Smooth and choice except for an unobtrusive spot of smooth reddish verdigris or crud nestled over the second T in STATES. The rest of the planchet is perfectly smooth and the only other notable mark is a small horizontal nick high on the cheek. M-LDS, Breen state IV, with fine die cracks and minor swelling.
