^Lot 70 2pc Gorham Sterling Silver Spoons, La Scala

A pair of spoons produced by the Gorham Manufacturing Company in the La Scala pattern. This pattern features a deeply carved, pierced handle decorated with elaborate scrollwork and a rose at the top of the handle. The spoons are constructed of solid .925 fineness sterling silver. The reverse of each handle is stamped with the Gorham manufacturer hallmarks consisting of a lion passant facing right, an anchor, and a gothic letter G, followed by the words GORHAM and STERLING. The spoons are presented in their original clear factory plastic sleeves which are printed with the Gorham Sterling name and logo.
