^Lot 8 Large Qing Dynasty Langyao Vase

This large Chinese monochrome vase is of baluster form, featuring a high rounded shoulder, a tapering body, and a flared neck terminating in a wide mouth with a white-glazed rim. The exterior is finished in a deep red glaze. The glaze is thick and glossy, exhibiting a subtle orange-peel texture and fine internal crackle. The glaze stops in a clean line just above the foot rim. The interior of the neck is also glazed in red.
