A small footed bowl with two handles, fixed to an undertray. Decorated with a floral motif of forget-me-nots on a shaded ground transitioning from light blue to cream, with blue blossoms, green foliage, and pink accents. Gilding is applied to the rims and handles, with additional gold trim. The form comprises a footed vessel with two scrolled handles. The underside bears a green underglaze Rosenthal factory mark.
