A single hand-painted ceramic or porcelain figural group titled "Summer – Cool Aid," produced as a matte figurine by Gorham. This piece is inspired by Norman Rockwell's Four Seasons Illustrations for 1957. The composition features an exhausted man, dressed in a Hawaiian shirt and straw hat, resting on a wooden crate next to a push lawnmower. A woman, wearing a blue patterned dress and white apron, stands offering him a pitcher and glass of refreshment. A small dog rests at the man's feet. The piece rests on a molded base simulating grass. The base bears the raised inscription "Norman Rockwell." The underside is marked with printed text confirming it is the "FIRST EDITION" from "Norman Rockwell's FOUR SEASONS ILLUSTRATIONS FOR 1957" and was produced "FROM THE GIFT WORLD OF GORHAM." An additional label specifies "MADE IN JAPAN."
