^Lot 349 5pc Royal Doulton Brambly Hedge Figurines and Bank

A collection of five Royal Doulton glazed ceramic items from the Brambly Hedge series, designed by Jill Barklem. The group includes four anthropomorphic mouse figurines and a ceramic bank fashioned in the form of a book. The figurines consist of Wilfred Toadflax DBH7, Dusty and Baby DBH26, Mrs. Saltapple DBH25, and Primrose. Each figure features hand-painted colors and detailed characterization consistent with the series illustrations. The bank, titled Spring Story, is part of the Seasonal Savings Book gift collection and is dated 1989, featuring botanical illustrations and text from the story on the reverse. All pieces bear the official Royal Doulton backstamp on the base with copyright dates ranging from 1982 to 1989.
