A trio of Royal Doulton polychrome glazed ceramic items including the figurine The Auctioneer HN2988 and two character jugs, D6656 and D6703. The Auctioneer figurine depicts a man standing at a podium featuring printed text for a Grand Royal Doulton Auction and a miniature clown character jug. The John Doulton character jug D6656 (1793-1873) features a handle modeled as the Big Ben clock tower showing the time as eight o'clock. The Sir Henry Doulton character jug D6703 (1820-1897) features a vase-shaped handle. Each piece is marked on the underside as an exclusive edition for the International Royal Doulton Collectors Club with copyright dates from 1980 to 1986.
