The figure "Darling" portrays a boy with blonde hair in a thoughtful or prayerful pose. The undersides of both bases bear the green printed Royal Doulton crown backstamp, along with the titles, respective model numbers (HN 1978 and HN 1985), and the copyright date of 1945, attributed to Doulton & Co. Limited.
