^Lot 83 Royal Doulton Figurine The Mask HN4141 Limited Edition

A Royal Doulton bone china figurine titled The Mask HN4141, produced as a limited edition of 1500, of which this is number 108. The figure is hand-decorated in turquoise, pink, and black glazes, depicting a female subject in a stylized harlequin costume. The figure is modeled with a ruff collar and black skullcap, holding a white mask in her right hand. A small, unpainted cherub figure is attached to a support at the rear. The underside of the square base contains the Royal Doulton factory mark, the title, the HN number, and the name of the modeler, William K. Harper. The mark further indicates the design is based on an original by Leslie Harradine and is dated 1999.
