^Lot 1 Canadian Inuit Carved Stone Seal Figure

A small Canadian Inuit carved stone seal figure, executed in a dark polished stone with an elongated body, gently arched neck, and incised linear detailing to the back, flippers, and tail. The underside retains a paper label reading “CARVING NUMBER 73-16 1554” together with a historic igloo certification sticker marked “NS17” and “eskimo art esquimau." A modest and appealing Arctic animal carving with good shelf presence. Surface wear, scattered scuffs, and minor chips to the flipper tips and extremities.
