^Lot 401 Tiffany and Co. Sterling Silver Hampton Pattern Ladle

A sterling silver sauce ladle produced by Tiffany and Co. in the Hampton pattern. The ladle features a long, tapered handle with a pointed, faceted terminal and a triple-ribbed bolster where the handle joins the deep, circular bowl. The reverse of the handle is stamped with the recessed marks TIFFANY and Co. STERLING M PAT. The M mark indicates the piece was manufactured under the directorship of John C. Moore II, dating the production of this piece to between 1934 and 1947.
