^Lot 382 A Pair of Georg Jensen Mermaid Pattern Silverplate Forks

This lot consists of two silver-plated forks in the Mermaid pattern by Georg Jensen. These items are made of electroplated nickel silver (EPNS) and were produced in Denmark. The design is characterized by a hammered finish on the handles and at the base of the tines. The handles are flared with rounded tips and notched shoulders. The reverse of each stem is stamped with the marks GEORG JENSEN, DENMARK, and EPNS.
