This pair of silver-plated spoons is in the Mermaid pattern by Georg Jensen of Denmark. Each spoon is constructed from electroplated nickel silver (EPNS) and features a distinctive hammered or planished finish on the face of the oval bowl and the tapering handle. The handles are designed with a subtle notched shoulder and a rounded terminal. The reverse of each handle is smooth and bears the stamped marks: GEORG JENSEN DENMARK EPNS.
