A pair of sterling silver dinner forks in the Bernadotte pattern, designed by Sigvard Bernadotte for Georg Jensen. The pattern is characterized by Art Deco-inspired vertical fluting along the length of the handle, terminating in a rounded end. The reverse of the neck on each fork is stamped with the characters STERLING over DENMARK above a dotted oval mark containing the name GEORG JENSEN. These pieces are examples of mid-20th-century Scandinavian modern design.
