A sterling silver serving spoon produced by Georg Jensen in the Bernadotte pattern, which was originally designed by Sigvard Bernadotte in 1939. The spoon is constructed with a large, deep oval bowl and a handle featuring Art Deco-inspired parallel vertical fluting or ribbing. The reverse of the handle, near the bowl, bears the Georg Jensen maker mark within a dotted oval, accompanied by the stamps STERLING and DENMARK. The piece is devoid of monograms.
