^Lot 349 4pc Spanish Quincentenary Encounter of Two Worlds Coin Set

A four piece commemorative coin set issued for the Quincentenary of the Encounter of Two Worlds, dated 1492 to 1992. The group includes four round coins housed in individual protective capsules and presented in the original fitted wooden case. Designs feature portraits of Queen Isabella and Christopher Columbus along with ships from the 1492 voyage, including the Santa Maria and Las Tres Carabelas. The reverse of each coin displays the crowned 500 emblem with Quincentenary inscriptions and the commemorative dates. This lot includes all four coins and the wooden presentation case as shown.
