Lot 320 2pc 1798 Draped Bust and 1827 Liberty Head Large Cents

The first is a 1798 Draped Bust cent designed by Robert Scot, featuring Liberty facing right on the obverse with the inscription LIBERTY above and the date below. The reverse displays a laurel wreath encircling the denomination ONE CENT, with the fraction 1/100 below and the legend UNITED STATES OF AMERICA surrounding. The second coin is an 1827 Liberty Head (Matron Head) large cent, designed by Robert Scot and John Reich, showing Liberty facing left with 13 stars encircling the bust and the date below.
