^Lot 315 1960-P Proof Set of 5 Coins and a Token

Struck at the Philadelphia Mint, this official U.S. Mint proof set includes one Franklin Half Dollar, one Washington Quarter, one Roosevelt Dime, one Jefferson Nickel, and one Lincoln Cent, all in Proof (PF) finish. The set also includes the distinctive blue U.S. Mint Philadelphia token. The obverses of the coins feature iconic American figures-Benjamin Franklin, George Washington, Franklin D. Roosevelt, Thomas Jefferson, and Abraham Lincoln-while the reverses display national symbols including the Liberty Bell, bald eagle, torch and branches, Monticello, and the Lincoln Memorial. Inscriptions include LIBERTY, IN GOD WE TRUST, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, and E PLURIBUS UNUM. Metal content: the half dollar is composed of 90% silver (12.5 g, 0.3617 troy oz fine silver), the quarter 90% silver (6.25 g, 0.1808 troy oz fine silver), the dime 90% silver (2.5 g, 0.0723 troy oz fine silver), the nickel is 75% copper and 25% nickel (5 g), and the cent is 95% copper and 5% tin and zinc (3.11 g).
