A set of Delft-inspired faience tiles manufactured by the Mosaic Tile Co. featuring a seaside cottage pattern. Each tile is constructed from a coarse-textured red earthenware body with a white glaze finish. The decoration is executed in blue and white transfer-print, depicting a rural coastal scene with a cottage and sailboats, framed by stylized foliate corner motifs in the Dutch tradition. The reverse of each tile bears the impressed circular manufacturer's mark of a stylized rose. Dimensions: 4.25 x 4.25 inches.
