^Lot 20 Chinese Carved Hardwood Marble Top Stand

Early 20th century Chinese carved hardwood stand featuring an inset circular pink variegated marble top. The apron is adorned with intricately carved grapevines and foliage, with detailed guardian lion (foo dog) masks at each corner. The legs are shaped and terminate in stylized claw and ball feet, all richly hand-carved. Underside shows old chalk or ink markings and paper inventory labels, consistent with period export furniture.
