Lot 122 Pair of Cream Onyx Bookends with Spheres
Pair of cream-coloured onyx stone bookends, mid-20th century, each of stepped rectangular base surmounted by a vertical back plate and a polished stone sphere, creating a simple geometric architectural form. Approx. 5 1/2 in. high. Natural veining and colour variation, minor edge nicks and light surface wear consistent with age and use.
