^Lot 30 Austrian Biedermeier Portico Mantel Clock, Circa 1830–1850

The ebonized architectural case with gilt foliate crest above pointed arches, suspending a circular brass Roman dial and lyre-form pendulum, flanked by two white turned stone columns and raised on a stepped plinth with ball feet; the movement with thread-suspended pendulum, a feature consistent with Austrian Biedermeier portico clocks. Probably Austrian, likely Vienna, circa 1830–1850. Untested and may require servicing.
