^Lot 11 Set of Three Victorian Mahogany Side Chairs with Needlepoint Seats, for Restoration

Set of three Victorian mahogany side chairs, mid-19th century, each with a flat tablet top rail above a pierced horizontal splat centered by a roundel and flanked by carved scroll details, over a square seat upholstered in floral needlepoint depicting a central bouquet within a wreath on a beige ground, raised on turned front legs and slightly splayed rear legs. Warm, mellow finish throughout. All chairs show looseness at joints and are sold for restoration and regluing.
