(Nickelodeon, 1996) A background from "Rocko's Modern Life " of Rocko holding a large book titled "7,291 Simple Steps To Making An Animated Cartoon. " This exact insert background appears to have been replaced with cel animation of the same book in the show, leaving this an unseen and more detailed alternate, signed by the artist Nick Jennings. Measuring 10.5 " x 12.5 ", the background is in very good condition, with scuffs to the clear protective overlay that do not affect the art.
