(MacVeigh, 1985) A test cel and background painting featuring Glinda from The Wizard of Oz by Rob Roy MacVeigh. MacVeigh was an active artist in the Oz fan club, with a dream of producing an animated feature about Oz, true to the original artists and authors of the books. With a visible image size of 8 " x 17.75 " in a 15 " x 25 " presentation matte, the art displays in good condition with a 2 " tear and scuff in the upper right corner of the cel, and scuffs and wear to the matte.
