This Crummles handpainted English enamel treasure box features a cylindrical form with a deep red enamel base and a domed white enamel lid. The lid is decorated with a handpainted botanical illustration of fuchsia flowers rendered in purple and reddish-orange tones with green stems and yellow stamens. The lid and base are secured by fluted, gold-toned metal mounts. The interior of the box is filled with a perfume scent balm. The underside of the red base is marked in black with the text MADE IN CRUMMLES ENGLAND.
