The design includes tall, bare trees and stylized undergrowth, with blue-green foliage emerging in the midground and distinctive red-capped mushrooms with yellow spots in the foreground. The exterior showcases a mottled blue and indigo flambe glaze with smooth gradients and speckled texture. The underside bears the Royal Doulton Flambe backstamp.
