This English Sung Ware example is modeled as a twin-handled pedestal bowl, finished in a rich flambe glaze. The interior is adorned with a striking peacock motif at the center. Signed by Noke and bearing pattern number 226; the underside is further impressed "7619 A" alongside the Royal Doulton factory backstamp.
