^Lot 345 Doulton Lambeth by Ada Dennis and Josephine Durtnall Carrara Ware Vase

English Carrara Ware stoneware in off-white with a slightly translucent matte glaze, giving it an appearance and texture somewhat resembling Italian Carrara marble. The vase features two side panels: one depicting a young girl holding a child in a field of grass and flowers, signed by Ada Dennis; the other showing a portrait of a young blonde-haired girl with a gilt-textured background. Both panels are decorated with foliate scrolls in green and peach-pink, outlined in gilt. Marked with Doulton Lambeth Carrara England backstamp, with Ada Dennis' and Josephine Durtnall's initials on the underside.
