^Lot 331 Wedgwood Dragon Lustre Octagonal Large Bowl

A Wedgwood porcelain octagonal large bowl featuring Dragon Lustre decoration attributed to designer Daisy Makeig-Jones. The exterior is finished in a mottled blue and violet iridescent lustre glaze, decorated with gilded dragons and stylized flaming pearl motifs. The rim and circular foot are finished with a gilded checkered border. The interior features a seafoam green mottled lustre glaze with a central coiled dragon in blue, gold, and red. The interior side panels are decorated with four smaller dragons and a geometric border below the rim. The base is marked with the gold printed Portland Vase mark above the words WEDGWOOD MADE IN ENGLAND. A hand-painted pattern number Z4829 is present in dark ink.
