^Lot 329 Wedgwood Fairyland Lustre Vase, Celestial Dragon Z4829

Designed by Daisy Makeig-Jones. The vase features a mottled mixed-blue exterior luster glaze with a gilt transfer-printed Celestial Dragon and stylized Sacred Pearl flames. The base and top rim have a gilded Persian-Celtic border, with a Papillion border near the shoulder. The interior has a mother-of-pearl luster glaze with a gilt Aquatic Bead border at the rim. The underside bears the Wedgwood Portland Vase backstamp and Z4829 mark.
