^Lot 320 Wedgwood Daisy Makeig-Jones Blue Lustre Fish Bowl from the Rubin Collection

Wedgwood fine porcelain bowl in the Fish pattern, part of the World of Water series designed by Daisy Makeig-Jones. This circular shallow bowl features a flared rim and a vibrant powder-blue ground on the interior. The well is decorated with seven gilded fish of various sizes and species, depicted swimming in different directions. A wide, intricate border of gilded foliate scrolls and flowers accents the rim, contained within thin gold lines. The exterior is finished in plain white porcelain with a single thin green band encircling the base. The underside of the base bears a printed Wedgwood mark in brown featuring a classical vase above the word WEDGWOOD, an asterisk, and ENGLAND. A small hand-painted blue dot and a circular Rubin Collection sticker are also present on the base.
