^Lot 308 Dennis China Works Pottery by Sally Tuffin Mouse Lidded Vase, Corn and Poppy

The teardrop-shaped vessel is crafted using the tube-lining technique and hand-painted under a clear glaze. Its decoration features vibrant red poppies with black centers, broad green foliage, and upright stalks of golden wheat set against a cream-colored ground. The fitted stopper is topped with a hand-modeled figurine of a harvest mouse holding a grain of wheat. The underside of the vase bears the Dennis China Works backstamp, artists' marks, and the number 8.
