^Lot 306 Dennis China Works by Sally Tuffin Vase, Toucan

The vessel is constructed in a tapering cylindrical form with a slightly bulbous midsection. The decoration is executed using hand-painted and tube-lined techniques, depicting toucans perched on branches among foliage. The color scheme consists of black, white, yellow, and orange birds against a gradient background that shifts from deep teal blue at the rim to light green at the base. The underside of the base contains Dennis China Works mark, aritsts' markings, and No. 17.
