^Lot 301 Moorcroft Pottery by Vicky Lovatt Trial Vase, New York

The trumpet-shaped vessel features a flared rim and a weighted base. The exterior is decorated using the tubelining technique, depicting a nighttime New York City skyline. One side prominently displays the Chrysler Building with its distinctive terraced crown, while the opposite side shows stylized skyscrapers with yellow-lit windows. The scene is set against a graded blue-to-cream sky featuring a crescent moon and a single star. The base is finished with a dark architectural band. The underside bears the Moorcroft mark, and Trial 10-3-08.
