Decorated in Art Nouveau style using incised, tube-line, and pigment brush-line techniques, finished in a brown glaze, with blue butterfly motifs encircling the body and lid, and pink floral decoration applied to the neck. The underside features the Royal Doulton impressed stamp, and Eliza Simmance's and Bessie Newberry's initials.
