An English Doulton Ware Art Nouveau style vase of stoneware form, decorated with incised, tube-line, and pigment brush-line ornamentation depicting stylized foliage and peacock feather motifs arranged around the body. The surface is finished in polychrome glazes, with the decoration extending from the shoulder to the lower body. The underside bears the Royal Doulton impressed factory mark along with the initials M.V.M., identifying the work of Mark V. Marshall.
