^Lot 67 Wedgwood Bull Figurine

This Wedgwood lead-glazed earthenware figurine depicts a standing bull modeled with anatomical detail on an integral rectangular plinth. The piece features hand-painted mottled decoration in shades of manganese brown and iron gray, with a green-glazed base to simulate grass and a molded ochre and brown border. The underside retains several notable exhibition and collection labels, including a Wedgwood 1976 sticker from the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) and a 1971 sticker from the de Young Museum.
