^Lot 8 Royal Doulton Bunnykins Prototype Figurine, Sir Galahad DB299

Designed by Caroline Dadd in the early 2000s for the planned Bunnykins Arthurian Legends series. The piece depicts the Arthurian knight Sir Galahad wearing a navy-blue cloak over a yellow and green tunic with red accents, brown boots, and luster-finish armor, and carrying a white shield with a red cross. He is shown holding the Holy Grail painted in golden-yellow with silver-luster details. The underside is stamped with the Royal Doulton backstamp and marked "PROTOTYPE ONLY." Artist mark "AM" handwritten on the underside.
