^Lot 347 Two Royal Doulton Snowman Gift Collection Figurine and Cup

Collection features designs based on the illustrations of Raymond Briggs. The lot includes a two-handled bone china mug, referred to as a lovers cup, and a figurine. The lovers cup is dated 1988 and features the phrase Christmas Celebration on the inner rim with blue and white polka dot accents on the handles. The figurine is titled The Snowman Tobogganing, model DS 20, and is dated 1990. It depicts a snowman in a green hat and scarf on a red toboggan. Both pieces were produced in England and include official Royal Doulton backstamps on the base. Measurement is of largest item.
