Lot 266 Two Lladro Miniature Bisque Porcelain Vase and Handled Dish
This lot features two Lladro bisque porcelain vases from the Colección Miniaturas series. The first vessel is a miniature oval cachepot or planter with two scroll handles, decorated with a bas-relief scene of a putto among grapevine garlands and hand-tinted with pastel washes of sage green and pale purple. The base is stamped in blue with the Lladro flower symbol, Hand Made in Spain, and copyright Daisa 1984, along with an incised 20. The second vessel is a miniature baluster-form vase with two small applied handles at the neck, featuring relief-molded Japonisme scenes of figures in kimonos, a torii gate, a crane, and a pine tree. This vase is accented with soft pastel green, blue, and purple highlights. The base bears a partial blue Lladro stamp and a blue sticker with the number 31. The items are accompanied by the original gray cardboard box labeled Lladro Colección Miniaturas and numbered 5257.
