^Lot 254 Two Lladro Porcelain Beagle Puppy Figurines, Sitting 01001071 and Lying 01001072

This lot features 2 x Lladro dog figurines rendered in glazed porcelain. The pair consists of two beagle puppies in different poses. The first, model number 1072, is titled Beagle Puppy Lying and depicts the dog in a recumbent pose with its head on its paws. The second, model number 1071, is titled Beagle Puppy Sitting and shows the dog in a seated position. Both are decorated with characteristic muted gray, tan, and white glazes. The base of the lying puppy displays the blue underglaze Lladro factory mark, Hand Made in Spain, and incised marks including C-4 F and a circled 1, along with a purple retail sticker. The sitting puppy base includes the blue underglaze Lladro mark, a 1983 DAISA copyright mark, and incised marks A-30 A. A small blue hand-painted mark resembling a musical note is also present on the base of the sitting puppy.
