A glazed porcelain figurine titled A Well Heeled Puppy, model number 6744, manufactured by Lladro in Spain. The piece depicts a brown and white spaniel puppy peering out from a white Victorian-style high-top button boot. The boot is decorated with blue scrollwork and filled with a variety of small, hand-formed porcelain flowers in pastel shades of pink, yellow, and blue. The figurine is permanently mounted to a contoured oval wooden base with a dark mahogany-style finish. The underside of the base features a recessed circular porcelain insert with a blue printed mark including the Lladro bellflower logo, LLADRO, HAND MADE IN SPAIN, and copyright DAISA 2000.
