Designed by the celebrated artist Simon Gate, this piece features the iconic "Thousand Windows" (Tusen Fönster) pattern, a classic of mid-20th-century Scandinavian design. The bowl is crafted from high-quality lead crystal, characterized by exceptional clarity and brilliant light refraction. The design consists of deep, precision-cut vertical wedge channels intersecting with broad horizontal facet cuts to create a distinctive paneled "window-pane" effect around the body. The thick-walled vessel rests on a substantial, integrated circular pedestal foot. The base features a hand-etched Orrefors backstamp and production code P 4455-111.
