This Royal Crown Derby fine bone china paperweight, titled Sitting Duckling from the Imari Paperweight Collection, depicts a stylized duck in a seated pose. The figurine is decorated in a traditional Imari-inspired pattern featuring a palette of cobalt blue, iron red, and 22kt gold gilding over a white ground. The underside of the piece is marked with the Royal Crown Derby English Bone China backstamp in red, a gold-tone button stopper, a small artist mark, and the Roman numeral LXI, which dates the piece to 1998. The figurine is accompanied by its original navy blue presentation box.
